What do I need to do to gain access to the College’s Financial Systems?

Step 1) Your fiscal officer must complete a Security Access Form that specifies which Financial Systems that you need access to. The Security Access Form is available on the forms page of the Controller's Office website.

Step 2) You must complete a Confidentiality Agreement in order to be granted access to the systems. The Confidentiality Agreement is available on the forms page of the Controller's Office website.

Step 3) You will need to send an e-mail to Oracle.Processing@Dartmouth.edu to request a username. The guidelines for selecting a username will be e-mailed back to you.

Step 4) You will need to complete certain financial training classes. Your Fiscal Officer will determine which classes you will need to take based on the Financial Systems you need access to. You will need to sign up for training on the Professional Development’s website at http://www.dartmouth.edu/~hrs/profldev/ by clicking on the Catalogue page. Once all of your paperwork has been submitted and you have successfully completed your training, you will then be given access to specific Financial Systems.
