For UNIX/Linux workstation support, the staff of the Research Computing
group provides consulting services through e-mail, telephone, and in person.
They can answer questions on UNIX/Linux, system administration, network
configuration, and supported applications. They can also act as liaisons to
vendors and provide pre-sales advice. Short answer questions will be dealt with
as quickly as feasible; more involved questions may require researching the
answers or scheduling a meeting.
