The Mall Video

You are working your way through college by doing part-time work in a mall clothing store that is part of a nationwide chain of stores. You have discovered that video segments from the store security video cameras in which you appear:

(1) have been used as part of a training video.

(2) have been used as part of a planned nationwide television advertising campaign.

(3) have been used by one of the top executives to produce a "private" video the executive calls "Mall Babes and Studs from My Stores" that the executive watches from time to time at home.

(4) have been used by a few of the security guards who have access to the security tapes and who have edited together various shots of the employees, including you, that capture various falls, clumsy acts, and awkward moments. The edited tape has been submitted to "America's Funniest Home Videos" and has been selected to appear in an upcoming show.

(5) will be offered as evidence in the criminal trial of a armed robber who during the commission of the crime forced you to disrobe in full view of the video camera. Furthermore, you fear that the local television station will will try to acquire the tape introduced as evidence to show on the nightly news and to use in its news/entertainment program called "The Real Story" as part of an upcoming show called "Great Looking Victims of Crime".
