To register in advance, mail the enclosed registration form with applicable fee in US funds to the Cognitive Neuroscience Society. The postmark deadline for advance registration is January 28, 1998. Additional registration forms may be copied or may be obtained from the same address. Receipts and programs will be mailed to advance registrants prior to the meeting. All badges will be issued at the meeting.

To qualify for student status, postdoc, or fellow status, you must currently be enrolled in a degree-granting undergraduate, graduate medical program, or a formal training program. *Requires certification
Refunds
The advance registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee, provided the request for refund is received by Cognitive Neuroscience Society, no later than February 5, 1998. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by the meeting program and receipt, if this has been received.
