The Portuguese Language Study Abroad occurs every summer.  The program takes place in Salvador, a beautiful coast city in northeastern Brazil.  Salvador is the capital of Bahia and is a city very rich in history and culture, known for its colonial architecture and African influence, that remains an integral part of the culture today. Students live with host families and study at ACBEU (The Cultural Association of Brazil and the United States.  Along with the daily courses and in-class time, cool excursions within the city and trips to other regions are planned.
