Uniting all aspects of the Center is an Administrative Core designed to encourage collaborations between investigators and outreach activities with stakeholders and community members. An important goal for the Administrative Core is to ensure the science under investigation is translated effectively into clinical practice as well as disseminated effectively to positively impact public health. Integration and centralization of information, and communication between projects and individual members of the Center, will take place in the Core, which will serve as the point of contact with other college departments, external groups, including the External Advisory Committee, outside collaborators and local, state and federal agencies.
