DARTMOUTH CHEER PROGRAM
2009-10 Team – Video Submissions for Tryouts
Thank you for your interest in The Dartmouth College Cheer Team! We are a co-ed collegiate cheerleading program preparing for national competition. The decision to compete was made by the team, and is supported continually by the coaching staff. The team is responsible for creating an energetic and exciting atmosphere at all home football and basketball games.
Video submissions in lieu of attendance at Spring Tryouts will be accepted for transfer students, members of the class of 2013, and Dartmouth students who were off-term in Spring 2009.
ABOUT US:
The Dartmouth Cheer Team is a small co-ed team currently consisting of 14 women and 4 men. Performing at all home football games and both men's and women's basketball games, the Dartmouth Cheer Team also plans to compete in NCA/NDA College Nationals in April 2010 in Daytona Beach, FL. Team members are able to earn Physical Education credit through the college for their full participation. We practice two times per week for three hours each day, plus an additional conditioning workout for two hours once per week (competition squad practices one additional day on-the-mat).
