REACTIN

About:

REACTIN is a method combining microarray expression data and TF-gene binding (e.g. CHIP-seq) data to infer transcription factors that show significant activity difference in disease samples versus the normal controls.

Sample Control data: An example microarray data which measured expression levels of genes in control conditions.

Sample Case data: An example microarray data which measured expression levels of genes in case conditions.

ENCODE TF-gene affinity data: Compiled TF-gene binding affinity data with TIP algorithm derived from ENCODE project, containing 424 TF binding profiles.

ENCODE ChIP-seq data information: Information of the 424 ENCODE ChIP-seq TF binding profiles.
