Link Up is one of Dartmouth's largest mentoring programs and aims to strengthen the community of women at Dartmouth by connecting incoming first-year women with upperclass female mentors. Every term, Link Up organizes the Proud to be a Woman Dinners, which bring together a diverse cross-section of female students, faculty and staff in order to engage in meaningful discussion and facilitate important relationships.
