Truck Volume Table: October 24 CAG Meeting
Truck volume for Option 2C under current EE/CA assumptions (RCC and 30 inch soil cover) 19,682
Potential Design Changes to Reduce Truck Traffic

1. Eliminate wall

-6,544

2. Reduce cap thickness from 30 inches to 18 inches (2,322 per 6 inches)

-4,644
Truck Volume Reduction due to changes -11,188
Revised Total Truck Volume Estimate 8,494

(additional reduction of 720-1,200 trucks is possible by consolidating TP-2)
If permit is granted for larger trucks than the assumed 12 cubic yard trucks, number may be reduced by an additional 2,000 - 3,000 truck loads
Best case scenario (using off site material) for truck volume 5,494

Notes:

If common borrow is available adjacent to the site, then the truck volume for the cap is reduced to 2,322 for six inches of top soil

1,529 of rip rap and miscellaneous material is needed for ditches and passive treatment systems. This is included in the above figures.
