RasMol Resources - This is for viewing biological molecules in 3D in an interactive format. You can download the RasMol application and find large numbers of molecules to view at the Protein Data Bank (PDB). Here are some interesting molecules to look at: calmodulin, porin, tRNA synthetase, tropomyosin, aspartate transcarbamoylase. Click the links in the previous sentence to download the files - and then view them in RasMol.
