Below is an email received by the Career Services Office at Dartmouth College; If you’re free on July 12, 2012 & close to Concord, NH, sounds like a great way to get some experience…not to mention your name in the credits.
“We are offering radio-TV-film and communications students the opportunity to work on a documentary film that is being produced this summer in every state capital and several other locations in some states. If students would like to work on the film crew, we would be delighted to have them. They will not be paid, but they will receive experience and will be listed in the closing credits.
This film project is unique in many ways. The movie is being filmed in all 50 states and DC in a 143-day road trip covering 16,508 miles (surely a first). Over 750 people will be filmed, and the project will produce one documentary film, and over 750 videos, including testimony for every state legislature and the U.S. House and Senate.
If you have students who would like to participate, please have them email their resume to Crew@WhistleblowerProductions.com, and indicate which day(s) they will be available.
…. We will film in Concord [NH] on July 12, 2012. The students will need to arrive by 8 am and work until 6 pm.
We hope some of your students will join us.”
