Outpatient clinical services are provided by DHMC cardiologists at both the main campus in Lebanon and at outreach offices throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. In addition to routine services, we provide many specialized outpatient services including:

• Congestive Heart Failure Clinic
• Cardiac Rehabilitation
