Bones Gate is currently going under several renovations that, while small compared to the previous work, are still important to the continued growth of the physical plant. Recently we had all the locks for 2nd and 3rd floor rooms re-keyed and over a dozen radiators around the house will be refurbished by the end of February.
But the work doesn’t end here, as plans have been finalized for construction work over Spring Break. These plans include re-flooring the main staircase and its landings as well as refinishing the hardwood floors of the 2nd floor hallway and meetings room.
Perhaps the most ambitious project taken on by brothers this term has been the emptying of the ADA bedroom, which had previously been used as a second storage closet. Future plans have it being redecorated and used as an Alumni Room, about which the entire house is extremely excited.
