T.M. Mosley, Doctoral Candidate, Assistant Dean & Advisor to Black Students
In the Office of Pluralism and Leadership (OPAL), T.M. Mosley., Assistant Dean and Advisor to Black students, provides counseling and advising support to individual students and 16 student groups with an emphasis on retention, student engagement/leadership, and wellness. OBSA organizes educational, cultural, and social programs regarding issues germane to Black college students and racial and ethnic identity development, provides faculty/staff trainings and workshops, and advocates on behalf of Black students to other areas of the College administration.
