Directional - "Where is..." type questions: ± Examples
- Where are the bathrooms?
- Where is the elevator?
- Is there a phone where I can pick up a page?
- Where are the copiers? (But not assistance with using.)
- What are your hours?
- Can I use a stapler?
- Do you have a mailing envelope?
- Do you have a 3-hole punch?

- Do you have the journal....?
- What books or journals do you have on ....?
- Is there a list of medical schools?
- What does the abbreviation "N Engl J Med" stand for?

Copier - You offered help with a photocopier-related issue.
Printer - You offered help with a printer-related issue.
Computer - You offered help with a computer-related issue.
Referral - You referred the person to a different department within our libraries, or to a different library, or to computer-support people, or other helping entities.
Other - If none of these classifications seem right, feel free to use "Other..."
