Ligand-Gated Ion Channel Database

Ligand-Gated Ion Channel Database is a resource which provides information on genes and proteins involved in more than 470 ligand-activated ion channels. Each entry contains annotated nucleic acid and protein sequences. The database can be searched using various criteria including sequences, multiple sequence alignments, phylogenetic data and atomic coordinates. The Service d'Informatique Scientifique of the Institut Pasteur provides computing support.
