Cancer Genome Anatomy Project

The goal of the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Genome Anatomy Project (CGAP) is to determine the gene expression profiles of normal, precancer, and cancer cells, leading eventually to improved detection, diagnosis, and treatment for the patient.
