Incyte's Proteome BioKnowledge® Library
What Is Proteome BioKnowledge
Library? The Proteome BioKnowledge® Library includes
several databases containing information on human, mouse, and rat proteins.
Included in the BioKnowledge Library subscription are YPD (Saccharomyces
cerevisiae), PombePD (Schizosaccaharomyces pombe), WormPD
(Caenorhabditis elegans), and for the first time to Academic, Non-Profit and
Government users, MycoPathPD, HumanPSD, and GPCR-PD.
MycoPathPD is the human fungal pathogen database containing 17 fungal
pathogens. HumanPSD is the Proteome Survey Database for information on human,
mouse, and rat proteins. GPCR-PD is the G Protein-coupled Receptors database
for human, mouse and rat proteins, their ligands and downstream signaling
molecules.
Individual Registration
Required: The Libraries have licensed the Proteome
BioKnowledge® Library for Dartmouth/DHMC users. However, individuals must
register and create their own name and password.

After registering, wait a few minutes and then
log on here. In
addition to the individual log on, users must be connected to the Dartmouth or
DHMC computer networks to use the Proteome BioKnowledge®
Library.
Connect:
Log in to the Proteome
databases. Use the name and password you set up when you registered. In
addition to the individual log on, users must be connected to the Dartmouth or
DHMC computer networks to use the Proteome BioKnowledge®
Library.
