Ovid has a new look and feel as of February 4, 2008, and a new name - OvidSP

If you're confused, once in OvidSP, clicking on the "Advanced Ovid Search " tab will take you to a version similar to the old one.
Consult a Biomedical Librarian for assistance with using OvidSP.
Click on "Help" in the green bar at the top of the OvidSP page.
