Reference Librarian comments
Your search is just fine. Good job. Given that most complications, it seems to me, will be psychological, it might be fruitful to try the search in PsycInfo, the "medine" of the Psych world.
That database is available at:
http://dciswww.dartmouth.edu:50080/?&&&388&s
I got 440 records from the database, where I asked for fecal incontinence as a subject heading OR encopresis in any field.If you'd like to see those (but there are too many!) go here:
http://dciswww.dartmouth.edu:50080/v3?db=388&page=q&qry=subj%20fecal%20incontinence%20or%20all%20encopre$&dfn=0&srt=-1
We get 190 references if we just ask for "encopresis" in the TITLE of articles. See here:
http://dciswww.dartmouth.edu:50080/v3?db=388&page=q&qry=ti%20encopre$&dfn=0&srt=-1
ANYWAY, thanks for participating in the assignment.
