I can't quite figure out why you abandoned the "actinic" angle you
had going in set #1. I played a little with this search and tried
the following.1 : exp *keratosis/
2 : 1 and actinic.mp.
3 : limit 2 to (human and english language)
4 : limit 3 to ==== those age groups you used -----... and doing this I got 69 references. Just a slightly different
approach, not necessarily "better."
