This was a case where the MeSH terms (the Medical Subject Headings)
failed us. "Camptodactyly" is real, it's a syndrome, but it just
isn't one of those useful controlled-vocabulary terms in MEDLINE.
Luckily, the spelling of the syndrome is very unambiguous, and so you
were able to get what you needed anyway. Congrats.
