Though it's only a "one-set" MEDLINE search, it is quite adequate.
You could have limited to "human" and "english" etc., but maybe you
didn't want to. I got 4 articles when I "focussed" the Vitamin #
subject heading and asked for Human, English, and Review. That's a
lot less than you got; not necessarily "better;" just a different
approach entirely.
