Great job. Your Medline approach is perfection. I don't think I can
improve on it at all.

Sometimes, however, with a question like this, which I think maybe
has a nice pat "answer" somewhere and is not perhaps too tricky or
"cutting edge" -- I like to go to a book (instead of MEDLINE). So,
