The question was
"My preceptor wanted me to look for articles about
clinical signs of hyperthyroidism in children. I started the search
by looking for papers on hyperthyroidism and diagnosis of that
disease. Then I limited the search to only the papers written in
English and about humans. That narrowed the list down to 121 hits,
but I still had to restrict the search to just children. From there
I was able to narrow it down to 8 citations. "1 : exp *Hyperthyroidism/di [Diagnosis] {228}
2 : limit 1 to (human and english language) {121}
3 : limit 2 to child < 6 to 12 years > {8}
4 : from 3 keep 1-8 { 8}
Reference Librarian comments
This is perfect. Everything I want to see. You used the Ovid
mapping feature. You "exploded." You "focused." You used
appropriate subheadings ("diagnosis"). You did the easy/obvious
limits (human and english). And you figured out how to do a
not-so-easy limit (child). If we did gold stars, you'd get one.
