You've got the right approach, using the correct MeSH (Medical
Subject Heading) term and utilizing the appropriate subheadings. I
almost always "explode" MeSH terms, and you didn't, so I checked to
see if there are indeed any more specific terms "under" "Pneumonia,
Aspiration" and there is one, called "Pneumonia, Lipid" which is
"Pneumonia due to aspiration or inhalation of various oily or fatty
substances." So, I would probably have "exploded" the term
"Pneumonia, Aspiration" in order to get any articles on that. Just
for fun, I did this set:exp *Pneuonia, aspiration/nu,pc,dt,su,th
and I got 209 articles. Limiting to human and English yielded 143.
Those subheadings are: nursing, prevention & control, drug therapy,
surgery, therapy.Anyway, your search was fine and dandy. But there's always more, or
another way, etc. etc.(I get more because of exploding; less because of "Focusing"; more
because of additional subheadings...)
