You're obviously able to cruise nicely around MEDLINE. Good job.
Only one comment: it would have probably been safe and productive to
use the "focus" check-box for set #1. I think then you would have
seen fewer references, but they would have been quite "on target."
One other thing you could try is to get REVIEW articles after set#1.
(I.e., after set #1, do the Review articles "limit" trick and see
what you get.
