Fibromyalgia

The question was

"I was looking for very basic information on the
signs and symptoms (diagnosis) of Fibromyalgia...."

1 :  *Fibromyalgia/cl,di,rh,ep,th [Classification, Diagnosis,         {275}
Rehabilitation, Epidemiology, Therapy]
2 :  *Fibromyalgia/cl,di,rh,ep,th [Classification, Diagnosis,         {275}
Rehabilitation, Epidemiology, Therapy]
3 :  from 2 keep 2,8,24,36

When you say "very basic information" it makes me think of limiting
the search (set #1) to REVIEW articles. And there's another trick --
limiting to AIM Journals (so that you limit retrieval to c. 300
clinical journals, rather than the whole 4000 Medline journals).
Also, you could limit to "Local Journals." And I'd limit to Human
and English right away.

Here's what you'd get if you tried those tricks.

1 :  *Fibromyalgia/cl,di,rh,ep,th [Classification, Diagnosis,         {275}
Rehabilitation, Epidemiology, Therapy]
2 :  limit 1 to (human and english language)         {178}
3 :  limit 2 to review articles         {31}
4 :  limit 3 to aim journals          {6}

If you use these nifty "limiting" tricks, you won't have to wade
through so many references.

(I copied the 6 references from my set#4 down below, at the end of
this message...)
