I think you "get it," this MEDLINE business. I have just a couple of
comments. Be sure to "explode" MeSH terms. When you don't, you
miss some more specific terms, like for example - in the case of
Pancreatitis, you didn't get references indexed under "Pancreatitis,
Acute Necrotizing" or "Pancreatitis, Alcoholic"; ... and if you
don't "explode" the Parenteral nutrition, you don't get "Home" PN or
"Total" PN, both of which you probably want.

It looks like "Hyperalimentation" might be synonymous with "Parental
nutrition, total" -- so, anyway, you've got it covered. Good job!
