Research Guide: Clinical Diagnostic Tools

February's Library Grand Rounds focused on Web-based resources that have been developed to assist clinicians with the process of diagnosis. Nan Cochran, MD, Associate Professor of Medicine and of Community and Family Medicine, framed the issues. Librarians demonstrated resources such as UPCMD: Diagnostic Testing in Human Disease for Healthcare Professionals, developed by the University Pathology Consortium, LLC, as well as other diagnostic tools available on the Web and for the handheld PDA.

Library Grand Rounds are a forum for presenting information resources and tools of interest to Dartmouth clinicians. Please contact Karen Odato, the Libraries' Education Coordinator, if you have questions, comments or suggestions for future Library Grand Rounds.
