Web-based Continuing Education Opportunities
for Physicians, Nurses, and Pharmacists

This program discussed aspects of obtaining Continuing Education (CE) credits via the Web: types and sources of CE programs, how to evaluate the programs, and the advantages, disadvantages, and future of Web-based CE. We also demonstrated how to find CE opportunities on the Web and looked at some of the better sites. Deborah Holmes, Director of the Center for Continuing Education, framed the issues.
