Teaching and Outreach at Dartmouth College

The Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning (DCAL) is dedicated to the providing services that support and promote effective teaching for graduate student, undergraduate students and post-doctoral fellows.  They offer workshops in teacher training and teaching philosophy.  DCAL and the Dartmouth Office of  Outreach have teamed up to create a “Science Education Outreach” program.  This program provides opportunities for graduate students to work with local students.* DCAL and the Dartmouth Office of Outreach are excellent resources for graduate students at Dartmouth.
