After Biology FSP...
Students of the Biology Foreign Studies Program have gone on to diverse and estimable professional accomplishments. Many build on Bio FSP to pursue a career in science, frequently gaining admission to top graduate programs. Bio FSP alumni include many respected members of the international scientific community. One is a member of the National Academy of Sciences and another is Director of the Max Planck Institute of Chemical Ecology. Others have gone to Medical School, Veterinary School, or Law School. Many have pursued careers in environmental policy, natural resource management, or environmental engineering. Some have become writers, artists, photographers, filmmakers, foresters, farmers, educators, and business entrepreneurs. Bio FSP students have had unusually high success in completing Honors Theses and publishing their undergraduate research in the primary scientific literature. Partial listing of publications.
