The Brain Imaging Lab is located in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences (221 Moore Hall). Our lab applies both behavioral and brain imaging techniques to explore a range of cognitive and social neuroscience topics such as memory, emotion, reward, and the self.
.
The primary neuroimaging technique used in the lab is functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Imaging studies are conducted on a research-dedicated Phillips 3.0 Tesla scanner in the basement of Moore Hall. The imaging facility is maintained and operated by the Dartmouth Brain Imaging Center (DBIC).
.
The Principal Investigator for the laboratory is Dr. Bill Kelley, an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences.
