On-campus accommodation

We have reserved a block of dorm rooms in a newly-built dorm in heart of the Dartmouth campus at a cost of $45 per night. The dorm has modern facilities and is climate controlled; bathrooms are shared between a small number of rooms.

Hotel accommodation

For those wishing to stay in a hotel, we have reserved a limited block of rooms at the Hanover Inn on the Dartmouth Green, for a special workshop rate of $195 per night. We have also reserved blocks of rooms at another excellent downtown Hanover hotel, Six South Street (for a special rate of $149 per night, available from Sunday 29 July onward), as well as the Marriott Residence Inn ($139 per night) which is a few miles out of Hanover but has a shuttle to town and campus. When booking any of these hotels, ask for the "Black Hole Workshop" rate. To obtain the workshop rate, rooms should be booked by 14 June (for the Hanover Inn) and 28 June (for Six South and the Marriott). Other hotels are available in nearby towns that are within driving distance.
