Banner Self Service and Banner Forms compatibility with Web Browsers is governed and specified by our application vendor, SunGard Higher Education (SunGard HE). Administrative Computing monitors the SunGard HE communications and updates our internal Dartmouth communications to ensure that it is consistent with our vendors.
Banner is compatible with the following operating systems and browsers only:
Windows 2000, XP (Service Pack 2 or higher), Vista and Windows 7

If an issue is encountered on a non supported Browser/OS combination, our vendor will test to see if the issue is reproducible on the supported version. If the issue is reproduced, then SunGard HE will take steps to address the reported issue. In the situation that the issue is not reproducible we will need to request that users of the application move to a supported Browser/OS combination to complete tasks related to this application.
