To propose a panel or roundtable or an individual paper, please complete and send the following form, together with a one-page abstract for each proposed paper, by May 15, 2004, to Prof. Steven Ericson or submit the application and abstracts by e-mail to steven.ericson@dartmouth.edu. July 15 is the deadline for conference pre-registration for panel and roundtable participants. Pre-registration by this date is necessary if you wish your name to appear in the program.
