This view is taken with the arm internally rotated. The greater tubercle is displaced anteriorly and cannot be seen well (compared to the previous view). The lesser tubercle is apparent. You should be able to identify many of the same structures you saw on the external rotation view, including the coracoid process, acromion, clavicle, lateral border of scapula and glenohumeral joint space. | ![]() |
