Visible man 1278  
  The supraspinatus muscle passes superior to the glenohumeral joint as it travels through the space between the acromion and the head of the humerus. This section is at the level of that space (specifically the left side of the visible man), thus you can visualize the supraspinatus well.  
 

Identify the following:

1. clavicle

2. spine of scapula

3. supraspinatus
