This is a slightly oblique view as you may note by the orientation of the obturator foramina. Note the extensive branching of this left internal iliac artery within the pelvis.

2. vertebral column

3. iliac crest

4. pubic symphysis

5. obturator foramen

6. internal iliac artery

7. external iliac artery
