2. left lobe of the liver

3. falciform ligament

4. stomach

5. spleen

6. aorta

7. crura of the diaphragm

8. splenic artery

9. proper hepatic artery

10. portal vein

11. inferior vena cava

12. caudate lobe of the liver

13. left colic (splenic) flexure
