Reunion is many things to many people.
For some, a
return to the first home away from home;
for others, a renewal of old friendships or a continuation
of life-long associations;
for many, a family experience, combining the beauty of place
and variety of programming;
for others, a vindication or salute of the institution that
made it all happen.
Reunion is probably
the oldest and purest form of alumni relations. Reunions are
what each class wants them to be. Every reunion has a feeling
all its own, building on individual class history and tradition,
yet responds to the changing times, ages and life experience
of classmates.
