VOLT : Volunteer OnLine Tool for Contacting, Reporting and Training
VOLT is an invaluable resource for Dartmouth College Fund volunteers. First, it provides timely and easy-to-access information which will help you reach your assigned classmates, have a productive conversation, and report your results. Second, you’ll find training materials and background information on VOLT to help make your fundraising efforts easier, more productive, and fun.
Getting Started on VOLT
If you are a new volunteer or simply new to VOLT, contact the Alumni Help desk. Help desk personnel will show you how to find your Dartmouth secure ID (NetID), create a password, and set up security questions. Contact information for the Alumni Help desk is below.
Logging In to VOLT
There are three ways to log in to VOLT:
1) click on the “Log Into VOLT” green button at the top of this page, or
2) go to dartmouthcollegefund.org, and click on “Log into the Volunteer Online Tool” at the bottom of the page, or,
3) type the following into a web browser: dartmouthcollegefund.org/VOLT.
These methods will each take you to the College's Web Authorization page where you can enter your NetID and password to gain secure access to VOLT.
If you would like training on the features of the tool, contact the Alumni Help Desk to schedule a VOLT training session at your convenience. Your class managing director or development assistant can answer strategic fundraising questions that are not specific to the functionality of VOLT.
