April 27th, 2007: A groundbreaking weekend! Spring Sing 2007 in Spaulding Auditorium, and the Aires' 60th reunion. More than fifty alumni attended our sold-out show and joined us for a weekend of nostalgia-inducing activities. Ask about the Dragonhawk.

February 1st, 2005: The CASA nominates Impaired in all four male collegiate categories, including best album! Ricky "Zebo" Cole '06 wowed the judges with his ear-splitting high notes in "Ask the Lonely" (track one), putting him in the running for best solo. "Pillar of Davidson" (track six) received nominations for best song and best arrangement: errh to arrangers Ian "Plinko" Storey '04 (also the song's soloist) and Chris "Dizno" Masone '02.
November 11th, 2004: "Somewhere North", the second track off of Impaired, our new pop album, has been selected to appear on Best of Collegiate Acappella (BOCA) 2005! Apparently, the Hawaiian vocal stylings of soloist Kekane "Fivo" Yuen '05 were too much for the judges, and they just had to put it on there. Errh to him, and also to arranger Brian "Silo" Ni '03, even though he works for Microsoft now. Grr...Anyway, head to our albums page to check out Impaired and our other albums, all of which can be purchased either by sending us money, or via credit card in our online store.

June 12th, 2004: SINGOUT! Holy wow...16 current Aires, and 18 Alumni from Bingo '98 to all six '03s joined together tonight for what was widely acknowledged to be the most ridiculous Singout in recent memory. Harpo managed to avoid injury throughout Singout, but apparently the walk home was a bit troublesome, as he wound up breaking his foot and having to go to the hospital upon his return to Boston. Lando '99 is presumed dead, as he neglected to bring swimmies. We concluded the evening by saying goodbye to our seniors, Ian "Plinko" Storey, Caz "Bo" Liske, Daren "Hijo" Simkin, and Ivan "Mello" Grant with a special song beneath the tree the Hicks family had dedicated to Ort after his passing. Errh, gentlemen.
February 6th, 2004: Orton Hicks, Jr. '49, one of our founding members passed away. Our thoughts are with his family, especially his dear wife Georgina. We've posted a memorial page for Ort, that you may peruse as you desire. His memorial service will be held in the Universalist Church in Woodstock, Vermont on May 15th, 2004.

May 2-4, 2003: Another fantastic reunion! Over 50 Aires alumni were in attendance for a weekend of singing and reminiscing, capped by a performance by the current group that was widely considered to be one of the best Aires performances in recent memory. Many thanks go out to our Alumni for making the weekend amazing, and to Josh Valdez '05 and the cheeky-yet-stunning Dartmouth Rockapellas for rounding out the show.
