The Tutor Clearinghouse uses an online timekeeping system known as Kronos. All tutors who have tutees that are on financial aid or are varsity athletes must use this system to record their hours and be compensated by the College for their work.
Shortly after you have been watched with a tutee, you will receive an email from Kronos.Admn@dartmouth.edu with a link to log into your Kronos account, as well as a link to an instructional video on how to use the Kronos timecard.
If you use Kronos for another job, please note that the process for entering your hours into Kronos is different for tutors. Tutors must add comments on their timecard each time they tutor a student, indicating what course they tutored the student in, as well as the student's name.
When entering hours into Kronos, please note that Kronos does not auto-save. You must save your work before closing out of the online timekeeping system.
