How to Request a Tutor
Please fill out the form below and click "Submit." Please submit your form ONLY ONCE each term for which you are requesting a tutor. If you are concerned your application did not go through, please blitz the Tutor Clearinghouse; DO NOT fill out the application again. You will receive a blitz from Tutor Clearinghouse as soon as you are matched with a tutor.
Electronic acceptance of the terms of the contract is signified by noting your Dartmouth ID at the bottom of the document. If you cannot see the entire form, please use the scroll bars. If you are still having trouble viewing this application, contact the Tutor Clearinghouse.
