Want to be a Tutor or Study Group Leader?

Want to be a Study Group Leader?

Study group leaders are those students who have excelled in their academics (as signified by receiving an A or A- in the course content). Many are recommended by their professors. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a willingness to help other students, and the ability to communicate the material well. Frequently potential study group leaders will have tutored individual students in the subject or have other tutoring experience. The time commitment to become a study group leader is 1.5 hours a week, plus the occasional pre-exam review session.

To become a study group leader, either come to the Academic Skills Center and fill out the Study Group Leader Contract and Update forms or fill them out using the links below and blitz them to "Tutor Clearinghouse".
