Recommendation
Important! Please compose this text in another document and copy/paste into the field below.

1. Considering the goals of the Dartmouth GK-12 Project, what attributes qualify this graduate student as a Graduate Fellow?

2. What do you envision as the benefits of this student's participation in the GK-12 Project?

3. What concerns do you have and how can we help address these concerns?

4. In what way do you envision providing non-financial support for this student's participation in the project?

5. By supporting the application of this student you, as the student's advisor, are agreeing to be an active participant in the project. Specifically, this includes:

  1. Attending the program welcome meeting.
  2. Visiting your student's classroom at least once during the year.
  3. Giving a brief overview of your research during an evening Science Exchange session where your student demonstrates how their research is integrated into the classroom.

During what semester would you prefer to present at a Science Exchange?

We strongly encourage you to attend additional Science Exchange sessions to see how research in other disciplines is being integrated into the classroom by GK-12 fellows.
