Please submit this form in support of your GK-12 Graduate Fellow Advisee in time for him/her to meet the GK-12 fellowship application deadline. Your recommendation is due on Monday, April 1, 2013.  You will receive a notice when the graduate fellow application is submitted.  Please disregard the request for a recommendation if you have already submitted one. 

Graduate Fellows will spend up to 15 hours per week on this project. By submitting this form, you, as a Thesis Advisor, agree to participate in the project (see the information sheet).

  3. Giving a brief overview of your research during an evening Science Exchange session where your student demonstrates how their research is integrated into the classroom.
