Over 600 employees attended the 2nd Annual Employee Wellness Event on 10/8 and were able to visit with campus partners, participate in wellness demonstrations, receive health screenings, sample healthful snacks, and be entered into some great prizes! Are you looking for a way to stay fit during the long, cold winter months? Or do you want to try a new workout routine to add to your fitness regimen? The Fitness and Lifestyle Improvement (FLIP) classes offered by Dartmouth Athletics is a great way to stay active and have fun through the winter months. The schedule for the winter classes is now up and you can find it here. From "Pilates for beginners" to "Total Body Circuit," there are classes for all levels of experience. You can choose from a morning Aerobic Deep Water Condition class, a lunchtime spinning class, an evening Zumba class, and many more to fit your schedule. Registration starts on Monday, December 9th, at 8 am. You can register online or in person in Room 167 (Alumni Gym) from 8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 4:30 pm. A family owned and operated farm, Edgewater Farm hosts a website where you can find information about their produce and products, farming practices, a blog about relevant issues, and their farm notes, as well as directions to the farm.

A certified organic farm on conserved land along the Connecticut River in East Thetford, Vermont, Cedar Circle Farm offers CSA shares and an abundance of seasonal vegetables and berries starting with asparagus and rhubarb in early June and pumpkins and root vegetables into the fall.
Along with their vegetables, flowers and farm-made jams and pickles, you will find products made by neighbors: artisan cheeses, honey, maple syrup, organic milk, yogurt, and ice cream.

The Norwich Farmers Market offers homegrown and homemade products. Every Saturday from May through October, and once a month November through April, vendors unload a rich cornucopia of fresh farm produce, baked goods, and handcrafted items.
The vendors offer their own fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, meat, eggs, honey and maple syrup, fiber products, and an abundance of garden starts and plants. All vendors sell only items grown, raised, created, or prepared by themselves.
